Services that we provide include: EOS, ABA, HBTS, PASS & RESPITE
EOS-
Crisis stabilization and intensive home and community-based services provided by a team of specialized therapists and case managers. EOS is available to children and youths who present with moderate to severe emotional and/or behavioral disturbances that have lasted or are expected to last at least one year, likely to worsen without intervention and place the child at risk for hospitalization and/or residential treatment.
ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)- Focuses on the principles that explain how learning takes place. Positive reinforcement is one such principle. When a behavior is followed by some sort of reward, the behavior is more likely to be repeated. Applied behavior analysis (ABA) is the use of these techniques and principles to bring about meaningful and positive change in behavior and affect everyday change.
HBTS (Home Based Therapeutic Services)- Specialized, intensive services and treatments provided according to an approved individualized treatment plan. Services are provided in the child’s home or other age-appropriate community setting. HBTS services are offered to enable a child to participate in his or her family and community more by helping to improve communication, behavioral and developmental skills.
PASS (Personal Assistance Services and Supports)- Can help families of children with special health care needs with daily life skills. PASS can help improve a child’s ability to accomplish activities of daily life, improve safety skills, and participate in social situations. Services are provided in the home or community setting by a direct support worker. Families have a choice in who is hired to work with their child and how services are delivered.
RESPITE- Provides temporary care for children with special needs. This allows families time away from caregiving responsibilities. Families have the ability to identify the caregiver and when services are needed. Respite can range from a few hours to overnight care
